Team KO understands that everyone is different and there is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to individual food and nutrition requirements. That’s why we take the time to personalise and tailor our meals to you and your goals.
We are all leading increasingly busier lives, so our first response is to save time and reach for poor quality, low nutrient foods. KO is convenient but most importantly nutritious, perfect for when you’re on the go and time in the kitchen is limited.
We’ve all heard that phrase, right? ‘Breakfast is the most important meal of the day’. Our KO breakfasts are packed full of everything that you need to start the day right. Containing complex carbohydrates such as oats and packed with fibre, they will digest more slowly meaning you’ll feel fuller for longer. Choose from our nutritious porridge selection (Apple & Cinnamon, Cranberry or Chocolate & Banana) or our protein-packed granola (Chocolate or Mixed Fruit) .
The KO Meals are designed by our Registered Associate Nutritionist and head development chef to provide you with the most nutritious, great tasting food on the market while staying in line with strict health guidelines. KO Nutrition meals are; low in saturated fat, high in protein, packed full of nutrients and minerals, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates for energy. We also have a large range of Vegan friendly meals too. Besides all of that, all of our meals are full of flavour and a real treat for the taste-buds.
Many people believe snacks are unhealthy additions to their diet and believe snacks lead to weight gain. However, the key to whether snacks are good or bad for you is in which snacks you chose and how much of them you consume. Our snacks are designed to be bitesize bits of body-conscious beauty, providing you with that extra bit of energy to get you through the day and chock full of the valuable nutrients, vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre your body needs.
